Submitting an admission enquiry does not confirm admission. Final admission is subject to a personal campus visit, availability of seats, submission of required documents and payment of the applicable fees.
3. Fees & Payments
Fees are shared during the campus visit and are subject to periodic revision. Paid fees, once confirmed for a session, are generally non-refundable except as expressly stated at the time of admission.
4. Franchise Enquiries
Franchise information shared on this website is indicative. Any partnership is subject to a separate written franchise agreement between you and the school.
5. Intellectual Property
The school name, logo, curriculum names, photographs and content on this website are the property of The Toddler Care Pre School and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to keep website information accurate, we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
